The CEO of 3 Music Network, Baba Sadiq Abdulai Abu has announced his decision to contest in the 2024 general elections as a parliamentary candidate.
Baba Sadiq made the announcement on his social media pages on Saturday, August 6, 2022.

According to the post, Sadiq will be contesting on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress come 2024.
He will battle for the slot as the party’s candidate for the Okaikoi Central seat which is currently for the NPP’s Patrick Yaw Boamah.

Sadiq‘s announcement does not come out as surprising news because back in 2020 he told Zionfelix in an interview that he hopes to be a Member of Parliament (MP) in the few years ahead.
Also, he has played a vital role in the NDC’s communication team he has been a member at the constituency level for a long time.
He also worked with the likes of Rex Omar on the part of the NDC’s manifesto which focused on the Creative Arts sector of Ghana ahead of the 2020 general elections..
