Narrating why he chose to celebrate his birthday at the hospital, Yaw Sarpong’s manager who was speaking on his behalf said the musician was involved in an accident which almost claimed his life last year but he was saved due to the hard work of staff at Goaso hospital and Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi.

Yaw Sarpong therefore chose the accident centre to make his donation on his birthday to appreciate the work they are doing to help people and also support them with his token.
