Dancehall stars Samini and Stonebwoy have engaged in a war of words on social media following the latter’s tweet to congratulate Nigeria over their recent Grammy achievement.
In a tweet, Stonebwoy called on everyone to congratulate Wizkid and Burna Boy for representing Africa at the Grammys and winning big on the night.
Stonebwoy’s tweet did not sit well with Samini who came in hard at the Baafira singer and threw some jabs at him.
According to the Linda hitmaker, Ghana music industry was going to do well if artistes start being honest and stop disrespecting their icons like himself.
Stonebwoy however wanted to take the beef off social media and indicated that Samini had just finished a banter with Shatta Wale and wondered if he was next in line.

Samini took exception to Stonebwoy’s reaction and asked him not to “trash Ghana in congratulating Nigeria because they don’t disrespect their legends like you do…”
The Sweet Mistake singer then went on to accuse Stonebwoy of calling him a sellout in public and still having the nerve to engage in back and forth with him.
Samini then indicated that Stonebwoy was more like jhis son so he did not expect such treatment from him.
