Ghanaian photography of Manuel Photography has finally reacted to the numerous allegations that he was the one behind the alleged sack of Awuku of Awuku Photos, the man who was in charge of all the official photos of Shatta Wale from the Shatta Movement.
Speaking with Awurabena on EBN TV recently, Manuel stated firmly that all those assertions are not factual.
According to him, when he started taking photos of Shatta Wale, Kwabena Awuku was still around as his official photographer so there was no one he caused any sack as widely alleged.
Manuel further stated that during Shatta Wale’s recent birthday party at his residence in Accra, Awuku and himself were in-charge of all the photos they took so sometimes he is baffled that people will suggest that he caused his sack from Shatta Wale’s camp.
On why he decided to take photos of Shatta Wale even though he was aware Kwabena Awuku was already doing that job, Manuel made the point that everyone out there is working for money, so there was no way he was going to say no to money.
