Embattled teacher a comic skit creator Michael Owusu Afriyie popularly known as Teacher Kwadwo has defended what he terms “dirty politics” which he was engaged in 2016.
The comedian and teacher revealed yesterday that he was sacked from his job as a teacher by the Ghana Education Service.
Following his revelation, the Teacher Kwadwo has come under attack for posts he made on Facebook in 2016 under the then NDC administration.
Many including entertainment pundit, Kwame A Plus have pulled out his posts and stated how he still went scot-free despite the despicable things he wrote against the former President John Mahama. Some have also mocked him claiming karma is paying him back.
In a log post on Facebook, the unapologetic Teacher Kwadwo has however shown that he doesn’t regret any of his political statements and will do it again if he gets the chance.
Read his post below:
“I have involved myself in “DIRTY POLITICS” here before and I didn’t regret.I didn’t regret because at that time it was boot for boot dirty politics.I was for NPP and maybe u were for NDC. There was no way I was gonna pamper NDC so surely all that I said against them and their flag-bearer at that time was worth it.
I wasn’t even a Teacher at that time.Years have passed and I have come to my SENSES.I am glad I didn’t die in that kinda DIRTY POLITICS.Now,I reason like a human being and I have moved on.I have nothing against NPP either just that I ain’t interested in those dirty games anymore.
So bringing screenshots of what I said about NDC and Mahama 5years ago as if u have discovered a secret doesn’t make sense to me. I used to be a STRONG NPP supporter and never hid it from the public.Maybe u are still in it and u keep insûlting each other but for me,naaaa it ain’t my thing anymore.
I was STÛPID at that time but today,my eyes have opened and I thank God for that.My issue with Ghana Education Service has nothing to do with politics so dragging those posts in nor dey make sense to me. Sorry to whoever I offended because of politics. Saa time no,na nipa agyimi kakra. seisei y’ani ada hɔ.ebi nsi biom. Medaase.”
