Tiktok star Asantewaa has poured her heart out on the behaviour of some artistes with regards to her work.
Being a Tiktok star these days goes beyond just creating content. Tiktok has been responsible for so many average songs going viral and becoming hits. That is what Asantewaa and her colleague tiktokers do.
But, Asantewaa believes they don’t get enough recognition or in some cases, any recognition for their efforts. In some cases, these efforts are free according to her.

In an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra 100.5 FM, Asantewaa lamented the ungratefulness of some musicians despite the support shown them by tiktokers, some of which are unsolicited.
She revealed how they use their own resources to work and promote artistes on their platforms but they don’t get even a pat on their back.
She however singled out “Sugarcane” crooner Camidoh for being different from several of his ungrateful colleagues in the music industry.
