Ghanaian actor, Umar Krupp has revealed he met his father for the first time through Instagram in 2019.
He told ZionFelix in an interview on ‘Uncut’ that he was 26 years old when his father reached out to him.
Umar explained that his German father commented on his post on Instagram, detailing something that only her mother knows.
Being in a shocked state, he took a screenshot of the comment and her mother confirmed that it was his father after showing it to her.

The actor said they then had a conversation through DM.
Umar Krupp disclosed that this father left when his mother was three (3) months pregnant.
He was not ready to explain why his father left—he only said it was due to circumstance in 1993.
