Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has not done making his moves in America.
Recently, Shatta Wale in a tweet stated that he will return to Ghana after his moves in the United States of America have been completed.
In a video available to Zionfelix.net, the Shatta Movement boss and American rapper were hugging.

They briefly had a conversation before Ja Rule left to be on the stage.
What Shatta Wale told Ja Rule was not captured in this video but his action was confirmative.
Wale has been in America for some months now.
