Earlier this morning, a video that has award-winning Ghanaian musician, Samini bitterly speaking about how a security guard at one of the gates of the University of Ghana, Legon prevented him from entering the campus because he did have his card went viral.

In the view of Samini, the guard should have allowed him to pass because he left his card in his other car.

Well, the post which was probably an attempt to ridicule the guard got contrary reactions on Twitter.

Many tweeps who reacted to the video rather applauded the guard for doing his job diligently as their rules possibly stipulate and called out Samini for trying to bend the rules to suit himself because he is a celebrity.

In reaction to the backlash, Samini came back to also write: ‘Sis the full story has it that he wanted me to do something before he lets me and I acted like I didn’t get it lol. He got furious and left the booth till security begged him to come back. Then he finally opened it after like 20 minutes. There’s more to why he’s yawa to me’
