Some unfortunate news coming in has it that popular Ghanaian actor, Ekow Blankson, has died today, October 3, 2022.
This heartbreaking story was shared online by Hitz FM via their social media pages.

Currently, the cause of death is unknown.
Until his untimely death today, Ekow Blankson was working as the Commercial Manager for GhanaWeb apart from the other jobs he does.
Ekow Blankson had also worked with four multinational companies including Ghana Breweries Limited, a subsidiary of Heineken; Coca-Cola; Vodafone, and WaterHealth International in various leadership roles.
He has also worked with media companies including TV Africa, Media General Ghana Limited, and Multimedia Broadcasting Company as Managing Director, Director of Brands and Corporate Communications, and General Manager (Luv FM and Nhyira FM) respectively. He was also the Director of Strategy and Corporate Communications at the conglomerate Groupe Ideal.
With regards to movies, Ekow Blankson was known to have starred in Borga, Frozen Emotion, Savannah, In April, Checkmate, Illusions, A Woman Scorned, Pool Party, Famous, and many others.
