Ghanaian rapper, Medikal, has shared a video of himself fuming at the critics who have opined that Sarkodie’ verse on Bob Marley And The Wailers ‘Stir It Up’ was subpar.
Ever since the song was officially released, a lot of social media users, precisely those who are not admirers of the rapper have shared pieces of constructive criticisms on their various social media timelines sharing varying opinions.
Just recently, Ayisha Modi who granted an interview stated that either Stonebwoy or Shatta Wale would have done wonderful work on the iconic piece compared to what Sarkodie delivered.
Medikal who has obviously seen lots of these endless comments has decided to shut the mouths of these naysayers up once and for all.
According to Medikal, if it were not for witchcraft and jealousy, no one in his or her right sense will find fault with Sarkodie’s verse.
In the video, Medikla lamented that the pull-him-down attitude of most Ghanaians is the sole reason our entertainment industry is at a standstill.
Because instead of hyping and praising Sarkodie, we are condemning him and it will consequently deter foreigners from working with our local acts because they read whatever we post on the internet.
Medikal also recounted how Shatta Wale was roasted for doing a song with Beyonce which would have been considered a legendary feature if Shatta was from another country.
