Nana Acheampong, one of the most celebrated highlife musicians in Ghana, is set to celebrate his 30 years in the music industry.
The artist is celebrating this milestone together with the 30 albums he has released during the time.

The celebration is most definitely the right thing to do taking into account the fact that this achievement is not only impressive but also highlights his longevity and consistency in the music space.
Born in August 1966 in Kumasi, Nana Acheampong began his music career in the 1980s as part of the famous “Lumba Brothers” duo, which he formed with Charles Kojo Fosu, also known as Daddy Lumba.
Together, they released numerous hit songs that were widely popular across Ghana and beyond.
After several years of success, the duo split in 1995, with both artists pursuing solo careers.
As a solo artist, Nana Acheampong continued to release hit songs and albums, earning him a loyal fan base and critical acclaim.
Over the years, Nana Acheampong has collaborated with some of the biggest names in Ghanaian music and he has also performed on several international stages, representing Ghanaian music and culture.
