Popular media personality, Bridget Otoo, has provided a detailed account of how she and her seven-year-old niece were almost kidnapped on the Tema Motorway on Sunday, March 19, 2023.
In a series of tweets, the Metro TV news anchor revealed that three guys who were faking to be good samaritans nearly kidnapped her and stole her car while she was driving on the Tema Motorway.
According to her, while she was driving at top speed on the motorway in her silver-coated Hyundai, these gentlemen who were also driving in a Black Hyundai kept signaling her to stop because she supposedly had a problem with her car.
She added that in the early stages, she did not pay any attention to them, however, she eventually decided to stop at a place where a vulcanizer was to check out what the problem was.
Bridget went on to disclose that as soon as she stopped, two guys from the black Hyundai came down and fake that her oil was leaking and requested that she followed them to a place to get it fixed.
Well, she failed to follow them and ask them to leave and eventually, that decision turned out to be the best because when she later stopped at a fuel station to check out the supposed issue, she was told that there was not wrong with the car.
The outspoken journalist asked her followers on social media to be vigilant and careful as they go out to go about their duties.
