Sarkodie, in the early hours of Sunday, September 10, 2023, took to his Facebook wall to speak about his nightmare while flying with Delta Air Lines. He missed a crucial event in Detroit due to an emergency landing the airline had to make on an island in Portugal. In his Facebook post, Sarkodie candidly shared the unfortunate series of events that unfolded during his journey.

In a Facebook post, he suggested that the likes of Sarkodie, who are A-list artists in Ghana, should be traveling in their private jets for events outside the shores of Ghana like their colleagues in Nigeria do.
