How do I apply for an Italian visa from Ghana?
Applicants are strongly advised to submit their application at least 3 months prior to the date of departure, as the processing of a visa may take up to 90 days upon receiving a complete application.
All applicants have to apply in person at the Embassy by visiting VFS Global, which is located on the 1st floor of the Atlantic Towers, behind Marina Mall, Airport City, Accra, Ghana.
Their working hours are as follows: Monday to Friday, Time: 8:00 a.m.– 4:00 p.m.
Applicants in Kumasi must visit the Italy Visa and Legalization Application Center located at the Jabon Abekah Enterprise, Plot 81D Adum, adjacent to Starlife Insurance, Kumasi.
The working hours of the Kumasi office is Tuesday and Wednesday, between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
The cost of the VFS Global service (in addition to the cost of the visa) is 20 euros.
