Lynx Entertainment’s CEO, Richie Mensah, has hailed Hammer of the Last Two as the greatest music producer in Ghana’s history.

In a social media post shared on his X account, Richie wrote: “Can I just say this. The best Ghanaian producer of all time will always be @Dahammergh #Legendary”

The post after it was made got a lot of reactions from social media users who equally felt Hammer deserves that accolade.

Hammer also responded to the post and revealed that he felt very humbled that Richie will make such a remark about him, especially taking into account his clout in the music industry over the years and the work he is still doing.

Hammer wrote: “It hits different when a great man honors u.”

Over the years, Richie Mensah, has worked as a singer, songwriter, music executive, and record label owner.

He has worked and managed artists like Asem, OJ Blaq, Eazzy, Ziggi, Kuami Eugene, KiDi, Adina, and more.

On the otherhand, Edward Nana Poku, aka Hammer of the Last Two, has also played a crucial role in shaping Ghana’s music scene, particularly in revolutionizing hiplife in the early 2000s.

Hammer’s dynamic hip-hop beats contributed to the success of artists such as Obrafuor, Tinny, Kwaw Kese, Sarkodie, Edem, and others.

He recently went on a hiatus in the music space to venture a decade-long venture into the bread business by working as the marketing manager of A1 Bread.

Well, Hammer recently took to Facebook to announce that he was returning back to music with a project he has been working on.
