Fameye has compared the Ghana Music Awards to the Grammy Awards.
Speaking in an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra which Zionfelix.net monitored, the Ghanaian artiste made an eye-popping statement.
He claimed the Ghana Music Awards is bigger than the Grammy Awards.
The ‘Notin I Get’ singer said he made a mistake pitching Grammys ahead of the Ghana Music Awards when growing up.

After singing about his interest in winning a Grammy Award some time ago, Fameye averred he should have said Ghana Music Awards.
He pointed out that it is necessary for Ghanaians to hype their own.
Fameye observed Ghanaians love hyping foreign things.
