Popular American singer, Stevie Wonder, has now become a Ghanaian citizen.
He took the oath of allegiance at a ceremony which took place at the Jubilee House on May 13, 2024.
Wonder sworn with the Bible to respect and protect the constitution of Ghana.
After taking the oath of allegiance, Ghana’s President, Nana Akufo-Addo gave him a certificate of citizenship and a Ghanaian passport.
The President congratulated Stevie Wonder in a video sighted by Zionfelix.net.
Stevie Wonder beamed with smiles during the ceremony.
This comes after he opened up about his plans to move to Ghana about three years ago.
