The CEO of Wezzy Empire, Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin, through a press statement signed by his PRO, finally broke his silence on speculation that he neglected the 3-year-old boy who got injured as a result of the accident that happened at Amakom in Kumasi after his brand new Mercedes-Benz collided with other cars.
The young boy sadly passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024, and was buried on Tuesday, May 28, 2024.
After the burial, a lot of the folks online started to point fingers at Lilwin and his team for being negligent.
Many online users felt that rather than concentrating on their premiere and the Thanksgiving service that Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin attended at the church of Stephen Adom-Kyei Duah, his spiritual father, on Sunday, May 26, 2024, the actor and his team ought to have given the little boy’s health more priority.
Others also accused Lilwin of caring less for the kid because, while the kid was battling for his life at the hospital, he was busily sharing the flyers of his upcoming premiere in Suhyani on his social media pages.
In a sharp response to all these allegations, Lilwin’s PRO released a press statement to state emphatically that they have never neglected the young boy.
That statement described the claims of neglect as very distasteful and troubling at this material moment.
It further stated that Lilwin is still in danger and that Ray Money, his manager, who also sustained serious injuries in the accident, is being treated at the hospital.
It was also revealed that Lilwin’s bouncer is also scheduled to undergo surgery because he was also quite hurt due to the accident.
They ended by calling for calmness and prayers for all the people who were hurt as a result of the accident.
