It was all joy and happiness when the Teshie Atofotse, “Nii Martey Odonkor III”, introduced the new Teshie Obediben Mantse, “Nii Martey Dzata Obrempong I”.
The Teshie Gbugblah Division and Elders of Teshie Obediben, have enstooled Nii Martey Dzata Obrempong I known in private life as Daniel Nii Martey Laryea as Teshie Obediben Mantse.
He becomes a sub-chief under the Teshie Gbugblah Divisional Council. He is a philanthropist, businessman and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of DMA Investments Limited and Original Don Properties.

The ceremony took place from the 26th of May to the 29th of May 2024. He was inducted into the Teshie Gbugblah Council on the 4th of June 2024 and is now the acting Teshie Atofotse in the absence of Nii Martey Odonkor III, the Teshie Atofotse.
The newly installed chief, thanked the people of OBEDIBEN for reposing confidence in him and assured them of serving them diligently.
