Actress turned evangelist, Gloria Kani, a known affiliate of the opposition National Democratic Congress has stated without mincing words that the party has not contributed even a pesewa to the house she is currently building as it is being peddled about in the public and media space.
Speaking on the ‘Uncut’ show hosted by Nana Yaw Adomako, popularly known as Zionfelix, she revealed that everything she did for the party in the round up to the 2016 general election was because she is a true and true member of the party and that she did not do it because she wanted to get money from it.
The ‘Devil Between My Legs’ actress stated that her colleague actress, Louisa Adinkra is one person who can vouch for her with regards to her claim that she is building the house on her own. ‘I bought the land for this building in 2013, this was even people saw me move with the party’, Gloria Kani added.
The mother of two further revealed that it is not just herself but the entire members of her family have been associated with the party before she was even born and as such she was more or less nurtured with the tradition of the party. She further divulged that her uncle, Honorable Stephen Kunsu has been MP for the Kintampo North constituency for close to over two decades now on the ticket of the NDC.

Evangelist Gloria Kani ended by making the emphatic statement that Tracey Boakye and herself did all they did for the NDC before and in 2016 for the love they had for the party and not because of any money they took because their job prior to the 2016 polls for the NDC came wih no cash..
