The Western Region and Sekondi-Takoradi specifically have been rocked with a lot of kidnapping cases in the last three to four months. Even though most of these girls have still not been found or rescued from their kidnappers, one Ghanaian actor, Achieva Evans has shared the story of how he was recently approached by a supposed ‘big man’ with a kidnapping deal.
According to the chilling story the actor cum commercial model shared on the ‘Uncut’ show recently, this unknown ‘big man’ approached him recently at Movenpick Ambassador Hotel, Accra when he was about to go on set for a photoshoot with his photographer. He disclosed that the man offered him a business deal which was worth GH 50,000 cedis for five months and a million Ghana cedis for ten years.
Achieva added that because he was going on set, they exchanged contacts and planned to talk another time. When they set time they agreed to meet again came, he revealed that this ‘big man’ picked him up and took him to a meeting with his other partners, who numbered about thirty, according to his count.
The ‘Sin City’ actor further disclosed in his terrifying story that a proper break down of the money involved in this kidnapping business was given to him in this meeting he attended. The GH 50,000 cedis for five months meant that if he brought a five months old baby, he will get that amount while the one million offer suggested that he will get that amount if he brought a ten-year-old child.

This, he revealed got him quite shaken. However, he composed himself and offered a rather unacceptable and unbelievable counter offer. Achieva added during her conversation with Zionfelix that after his offer, the group told him to go and that they will get back to him later. Which was the last time he ever heard from them.
Asked why he has decided to share their deep secret knowing that it might put his life at risk, the voice-over artist disclosed that he was not perturbed. He emphasized that there are times one member of the group or family should put himself out there and save the whole family or group.
