Multiple award-winning TV presenter Nana Aba Anamoah has stated without mincing words that her exit from TV3, a subsidiary of Media Generale, is one that she has felt very happy about all these years because it has been a great blessing.
Speaking in an exclusive chit-chat with Nana Romeo on Accra FM’s “Ayekoo Ayekoo” mid-morning show on Friday, 21 June 2019, Nana Aba Anamoah revealed that her decision to leave the station is one that has not had any adverse effect on her life because she is a better person now and more importantly, she is very happy and free.
Ms. Aba further disclosed that the decision of the management of TV3 to suspend her at the time over a photoshopped picture which portrayed her as having gone to Old Trafford to watch a football match is one she has constantly thanked and blessed them for because it helped her to finally walk out of the station.
She added that prior to the news of her viral suspension, she had tried five continuous years to leave the station (TV3) but was at every point in time prevented from doing so with a much juicier offer from her employers.
Ms. Aba also used the exclusive interview he granted Nana Romeo to vehemently deny all the claims that she was ever behind the photo theft as it was purported.
“I think I wish to use this opportunity to correct it because there was never a photoshop by me. Somebody did that. And TV3 was aware, very much aware. That picture was never from me…” she stated.
