Honorable Aponkye may still be shocked looking at the results of the just-ended district assembly elections but this interview he had with Akrobeto prior to the election is a perfect reminder of the great character the people Adukrom Nima have rejected.
In this hilarious interview, zionfelix.net has stumbled on, Akrobeto and the defected Hon. Aponkye made sure they did proper justice to the Queen’s language.
Akrobeto during the interview on UTV’s Real News asked Hon. Aponkye where he got his nickname from and he and his response was that the people in his electoral area gave him the name because of how he worked tirelessly prior to the first election he contested.
He added that they told him that he campaigned like a ‘goat’ and as such the titled Honorable Aponkye (which is the Twi name of a goat)

Also, Hon. Aponkye disclosed how he will be able to finance all his campaign promises which have ‘Free Breakfast For All’ topping the list.
In the end, his people didn’t really believe in him and as such, the results we saw yesterday, December 17.
