For some time now, Ruftown Record’s Wendy Shay has been trying to carve a niche as one of the attention-seeking artists in the Ghana music industry, which is not entirely wrong in the industry she finds herself in.
What was however sad is that most of her attention-seeking posts were not getting the desired results.
The famous tweet she sent the way of President Akuffo-Addo to invite her to the seat of government because she is the queen of Ghana music which was ignored is one example of the many.
But it seems luck has finally smiled on her this time.

She took to twitter to question football club Legon Cities FC for not inviting her to perform during any of their matches yet.
In that tweet, she wondered why they would invite Shatta Wale, Medikal and Kwesi Arthur but keep ignoring “the Richest and the hottest Queen of Ghana Music”

Well, her post caught the attention of the rebranded team and they have agreed to make her the headline act for their Valentine’s day match against Liberty Professional.
