The Ghanaian Twitter space started pairing big music acts against each other after the first-ever music producers face-off between Jay Q and Appietus went live last night and was hugely successful.
Just when the whole trend was getting interesting, Ruftown Records signed musician, Wendy Shay decided to drop her preferred pairing, which eventually became a major talking point.
According to the self-acclaimed Queen of Ghana music, nobody should ever make the mistake of pairing her with any musical act in Ghana or even the African continent because they are no match.
In her tweet sighted by zionfelix.net, she demanded that tweeps should only pair her with the multiple Grammy award-winner, Beyonce.
Even though she has the right to write whatever she deems sensible and fit on her handle, many tweeps feel her statement was actually not ‘logical’.
Many of the reply tweets are either jabs or a mockery of her craft as a musician.
Check out her tweet and some the replies below
