The launch covered by Zionfelix.net which took place in Accra was attended by a section of Ghanaian actors, actresses, musicians and movie fans.
Popular actress, Nana Ama McBrown, Selly Galley and comic actor-Kwaku Manu were unveiled as influencers for the Perfect TV App.
Akwaboah, Bill Asamoah, Eddie Nartey, Prince David Osei are some of the public figures spotted at the event.
Praye duo, Cartel Big J (Praye Tietia) and Praye Tintin entertained the guests with their songs.
The developers of Perfect TV App are hopeful the availability of the platform will help fans to access more local movies while producers also monetize their contents.
Perfect TV APP Influencers, Nana Ama McBrown, Selly Galley and Kwaku Manu expressed their happiness on the innovation.
Nana Ama McBrown believed the Perfect TV App can help in rescuing the Ghanaian movie industry which has taken a nosedive.
Selly Galley, who personally knows the developers revealed how the success of the Ghanaian movie industry is dear to their hearts.
For his part, Kwaku Manu stated that the launch of the platform is a step in the right direction as the old ways of marketing and promoting movies have been archaic.
The President of Ashanti Regional Branch of the Ghana Actors’ Guild, Bill Asamoah called on the people to support the app.
He charged those present to send the message out there for people to patronize and ensure its success.
