Ghanaian reggae/dancehall artiste, Ras Kuuku has reacted to rumours circulating that his VGMA plaque was stolen.
He shot down the rumours when speaking in an interview with Halifax Ansah-Addo on Okay FM which was monitored by Zionfelix.net.
The 2020 VGMA Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year stressed that he still has his plaque in his armpit and there is no iota of truth in the report circulating online.
When asked why he has been touring with the plaque and Kuami Eugene who won the biggest award-Artiste of the Year is not doing the same as he has been doing, the ‘Mpaebo’ composer answered that Kuami’s award was a corporate award while his award is for the ghetto.
He added that the tour with his plaque will continue despite the criticism.
