Ghanaian music producer, Kaywa has hit back at his critics following his remark at an audition session of MTN Hitmaker Season 9.
Kaywa, known private life as David Kojo Kyei described an auditioner, Elizabeth as a bathroom singer following her performance.

His remark has been in a bad taste for some social media users who think he has demotivated the young girl.
But in a sharp rebuttal, the Highly Spiritual Music boss believes his critics are inexperienced on the subject at hand.
Kaywa in his post sighted by Zionfelix.net explained what it means for someone to be called a bathroom singer.
Part of his post read: “So i see inexperienced people sliding into my DM to insult me becos i called some one a “bathroom singer” Bathroom singing, singing in the bath, or singing in the shower, is a widespread phenomenon…it’s a term used to describe Passionate music lovers who need more training to become professional singers ..
“now THIS IS WHY…
the bathroom creates an aurally reflective pleasing acoustic environment, making you sound better,whereas u need more training to become a Pro singer… “
