NPP’s National Organizer, Sammi Awuku has revealed that the party has won in both Presidential and Parliamentary elections in the country.
While many Ghanaians are waiting for the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Jean Mensah to declare the results of the this year’s election, the NPP bigwig in a post sighted by Zionfelix.net hinted that the NPP will be crowned winners in the next few hours.
He called on the supporters of the NPP to remain calm as they wait for the Electoral Commission to announce the results.
Mr Awuku stressed on the victory of the party and added that they don’t want to undermine the efforts of the Electoral Commission so they won’t declare themselves as winners.

He wrote on Facebook: “Tense and difficult moments for supporters of the NPP and the NDC. Whereas we in the NPP believe we have won this elections based on our collated results we also definitely don’t want to undermine the efforts of the Electoral Commision by declaring ourselves winners.
“Let me use this medium to appeal to our millions of supporters to remain calm and not be provoked. I share in your anxiety but if we have been able to wait for over 24 hours we can wait for the next few hours to be crowned victors in the Presidential and Parliamentary elections. #NPPVICTORY #4MoreForNana #TheBattleIsTheLord’s.”
