Radio and TV personality, Gloria Akpene Nyarku popularly known as MzGee has helped to get funding for Kumawood actress Maame Kumiwaa to offset all her outstanding medical bills.
Quite recently, the veteran actress in an interview mentioned that she badly needed help from Ghanaians to pay for her huge medical bills but she was afraid to come out and appeal because of how she might be insulted and called irresponsible.
Well, it appears that help has been extended to Maame Kumiwaa through some divine means.
MzGee was in her house over the weekend to present an amount of Ghc5000 to her to help her pay the outstanding medical bill of Ghc4000 and use the rest of the Ghc1000 for her upkeep temporarily.
According to the award-winning media personality, the money was given to her by the CEO of Nguvu Holdings, Angela List to help ease the pain of Maame Kumiwaa slightly.
It was an emotional moment when the veteran actress took the money. She couldn’t hold back her tears and also prayed that the God Lord will bless Madam Angela abundantly.
