Kumasi based actor cum musician, Frank Naro has shared the sad story about how he suffered on various movie sets in the hands of his senior colleague in the acting industry, Kofi Adu, popularly known as Agya Koo.

The actor revealed in his interview with Zionfelix on the ‘Uncut’ show that Agya Koo told many directors emphatically at the time to make sure they didn’t have him (Frank Naro) on any set he was going to be on. This was because he was at the time having a very serious rift with Kwaku Manu, who was also a very close friend and confidant of him (Frank Naro).

Frank Naro added that this decision of the 2008 National Award winner was one that really affected him. He stated that at the time, Agya Koo was the hottest cake in Ghana in terms of movies and as such, he was on every set, so the decision to blacklist him from the sets he was on certainly affected him, as the roles were not coming in as he expected.
