Defunct Ghanaian hiplife duo, Akyeame has reunited.
Akyeame, which was made up of Okyeame Quophi and Okyeame Kwame were the talked of Ghana some years ago.
However, the duo embarked on their solo projects after entertaining Ghanaians for about fourteen (14) years as a group.
Years after they have become successful at their respective fields, Okyeame Quophi and Okyeame Kwame (Akyeame) reunited at an event sighted by Zionfelix.net which took place at the +233 Jazz Bar & Grill.
Akyeame performed their songs back to back—and the audience loved it!
Their spectacular performance swept many off their feet.
The elated audience also sang along the songs which were performed by Akyeame.

Akyeame recorded together the albums “Nyansapo” (“Witty Knot”, 1997), “Nkonsonkonson” (“Shackles”, 1998), “Ntoaso” (“Continuity”, 2000) and “Apam Foforo” (“New Testament”, 2002).
Their song ‘Masan Aba’ was a smash hit in Ghana after they gain prominence in 1997.
