Wale was fined GHS 2,000 by an Accra Circuit Court on Wednesday after he pleaded guilty to the publication of false news.
In a tweet sighted by Zionfelix.net, Ameyaw Debrah asked Shatta Wale to let him pay the fine.
He wrote: “any3mi, as for this fine, allow me to pay for you
@shattawalegh.”
