On Friday night, award-winning radio presenter and DJ, Andy Dosty was hosted by his colleague Dr Pounds on his show, ‘Hitz Gallery’.
The interview which lasted almost 2 hours was intriguing, compelling and revealing to say the least.
Among the many things touched on from his past, especially his radio journey was the issue he had with business tycoon and billionaire Dr. Osei Kwame Despite, who is the owner of the Despite Media Group and other very viable businesses.
In chat monitored by zionfelix.net, Andy Dosty revealed that when he was about to leave Despite Media’s ‘Hello FM’ which is based in Kumasi back in 2006 to join Dr. Kwaku Oteng‘s ‘Angel FM’ which is also based in Kumasi, Dr. Osei Kwame Despite tried everything within his power to retain his services.
The ‘Love You Die’ hitmaker stated that Dr. Osei Kwame Despite sent Fadda Dickson, who is currently the Managing Director of Despite Media to give him double the exact amount Dr. Kwaku Oteng was paying so he stays but he did not budge because he was determined to make a switch.
He also recounted how Fadda Dickson stood with him in the rains on that fateful day just to persuade him to change his decision to illustrate how they indeed wanted him to stay.

Andy Dosty n the end emphasized that recently he got to know that his decision at the time is one that hurt Dr. Osei Kwame a lot because he loved him like a son – the reason he felt it was time to publicly apologize to him for disrespecting him in that manner then.
