One would have expected that the spelling of ‘Beyonce’ will be one of the easiest things for popular Ghanaian singer, Wendy Shay to do but to the utmost shock of social media folks, she could not spell the name.
For some time now, she has continually said that the multiple award-winning American superstar, Beyonce is her role model so spelling the name should not have been that of a big deal.
However, when the opportunity presented itself on live TV for Wendy Shay to do her role model proud by spelling her name easily like she says ‘Ghana Wake Up’, she failed at it in a rather hilarious way.
This big yawa happened when she appeared as one of the guests on the special Christmas episode of the What Don’t You Know quiz show hosted by Ghanaian comic actor, NGO.
In her bid to spell Beyonce’s name the ‘Queen’ of Ghana music said, “Beyonce, B-e-w“….
