Renowned media personality, Berla Mundi got the shock of her life after she decided to get herself some roasted ripe plantain aka ‘Kofi brokeman’ in Accra.
Berla Mundi who obviously thought that the roasted plantain would be cheap looking at its famous nickname got shocked after she was told that it sells at Ghc3 for one.

In a video she shared online, Berla revealed that she attended a meeting in East Legon and after the meeting, she decided to get some of the plantain to enjoy.
However, the price the seller mentioned and how small the plantain looked is what is causing her headache for which reason she decided to share the video online to tell the world how surprised she was.
Well, despite her surprise at the cost and the size Berla Mundi bought two and got some roasted groundnut as well.
She captioned the video she shared online: ‘Eeeeiiii Kofi Brokeman is Ghc3? Howwwwwww???😩😩😩 I used to buy 4 fingers of plantain ooo . Today only 2 🤣🤣🤣 Can we stop calling it ‘Kofi Brokeman’ because….’
