Following the release of his debut album titled “The Villian I Never Was”, sensational Ghanaian music talent Black Sherif has been receiving a lot of positive reviews.
Even though the album was released a little over 24 hours ago, the number of people who have streamed the songs is mind-blowing.
Amid the positive reviews and the plaudits the award-winning musician’s debut album is receiving on social media both locally and internationally, popular gospel musician cum preacher, Sonnie Badu has eulogized him.
In a post sighted on his Instagram page, the founder and leader of the Rockhill church revealed that he was bewildered by the talent of the young talent.
Sonnie Badu stated unequivocally that he believes Black Sherif is incarnate of the 2001 Grammy Lifetime Award winner, Bob Marley.
He went further to state that the writing and singing abilities of Blacko are very admirable and incredible.
The ‘Wonder God’ hitmaker also stated that the debut album of Black Sherif shows that he will be one of the giants in music and prayed that God protects his craft from ‘ jealousy, envy, and premature termination‘

Black Sherif’s “The Villain I Never Was” album consists of fourteen (14) tracks which include his smash hit records, Second Sermon which features Burna Boy, Kweku The Traveller, and the recent one that has made it onto the Billboard chart of the USA, Soja.
The album has other tracks including The Homeless Song, Oil In My Head, 45, Prey Da Youngsta, Sad Boys Don’t Fold, Konongo Zongo, Waste Man, We Up, Toxic Love City, Don’t Forget Me, and Oh Paradise.
