Afia Schwarzenegger has given a free advice to Ghanaian entertainers Sister Deborah, Fella Makafui, Efia Odo and other females who feel cheated after their relationships collapsed.
The controversial radio and TV personality has asked these celebrities and all other ladies who were with their partners in a relationship which lasted for more than three months to sue them. Afia on her Political Police show said it is lawful for any lady who was promised marriage when dating her guy to head to the law court if the two failed to marry. According to her, breaking up with a lady after promising her marriage is a breach of contract so the lady can sue the ex-partner for damages.
She explained that promising a lady marriage would make her start performing a wife role during the dating period so breaking up with her after three months is illegal and needs to be settled in court.
“If somebody promises to marry you and he sleeps with you, makes you perform things that need to be done whilst married and he leaves you, you have all the right to sue him but that is if the rrelationship lasted for three or more months” Afia Scharzenegger said on the show zionfelix.net monitored.
Schwarzenegger further asked Efia Odo to sue her ex-lover Kweku Revloe, Sister Deborah to sue Medikal and Fella Makafui to sue her ex-boyfriend who allegedly asked his ‘boys’ to seize all the cars he purchased for her when they were dating.
She said these celebrities and the other ladies only need three or more witnesses to testify in court that they were indeed promised marriage by their ex-boyfriends but all the sweet words were not fulfilled and they would be walking home with millions of Ghana cedis.
