Colombian rapper MC Dementor travels to Sekondi, Ghana and shows the Africa the news don’t talk aboutColombian rapper MC Dementor travelled to one of the most beautiful cities in west-africa, Sekondi in Ghana to shoot a music video for his song titled Thank God For Life.

The video shows MC Dementor and his longtime African collaborator DJ Decordha singing and rapping on a beautiful beach, a long historic staircase and other historic and nice locations in the beautiful west African city. The video also features top German, Ghanaian, Gambian models. The video was shot and directed by ace Ghanaian filmmaker Ralph Menz. Sekondi is the older and other half of Ghana’s only twin cities Sekondi-Takoradi. Sekondi is located in the Western Region of Ghana and is the region’s administrative capital hosting the regional offices of the western region.

The city is known for its beautiful beaches, sweet crude oil, fishing harbor, fort, its beautiful culture and historic events and to top it all its beautiful and friendly people. The city has Spanish and Portuguese architecture and very well planned road outline.

Fort orange which was built in 1642 as a trading post on Dutch Gold Coast is situated in Sekondi and is one of the locations seen in the video.Mc Dementor & Dj Decordha have collaborated with artists across the globe, including Soulja Boy, Wayne Wonder, Stonebwoy etc.

The duo first released their major project in 2012 and have been working together since. Their unique way of blending the Spanish and English with Latin and African sounds and culture makes them stand out from many. Their just-released project, Thank God For life is the second of their upcoming album.
