How long does it take for a Norway visa to be approved?
Normally, it takes about 15 days for a decision to be made when you apply for your Norway visa, from the time you submit the documents at the Embassy/Consulate or Visa Application Center. Depending on circumstances, such as whether all documents are in order, the number of applications, or national holidays, it may take longer.
Bank balance required for Norway visa
You must have enough money to finance your stay in Norway and your return journey. You must normally have NOK 500 for each day of your stay in Norway. Alternatively, someone you know, who is living in Norway, can give a financial guarantee. You must not be subject to a prohibition against entry to Norway or Schengen.
Norway visa fee in Ghana
The visa fee is EUR 80. Children under six years do not pay a fee. Children from the age of six years and below the age of 12 years shall pay a visa fee of EUR 40.
