The president of Ghana in February axed Madam Catherine Afeku from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Arts and replaced her with Honorable Barbara Oteng Gyasi, Member of Parliament for Prestea Huni-Valley constituency.
Barely four months into her stewardship as the minister, a lot of industry players have been wondering why little has either been seen or heard from her quarters.
The Director of Creative Arts, responsible for Programs & Projects, Socrates Sarfo is however of a different view. According to him, the minister is busily working in his office and as such anybody who has the desire to see her can go to her office because she will certainly be there.
Speaking on Radio Universe’s ‘Brunch2Lunch’ show hosted by Zionfelix, the former movie producer stated that the minister is doing a lot of great work behind the scenes at her office.
