Ghanaian comedian, Clemento Suarez has said there is nothing wrong for people to divorce.
Speaking in an interview with Zion Felix on the ‘Uncut Show’, Clemento argued it is never a sin for married people to divorce.

According to him, there is no single Bible quote which labels divorce as a sin.
The comedian, who is yet to marry, said one thing would make him divorce his partner.
He disclosed that he would contemplate on whether to divorce or stay with his partner after he has caught her cheating with another man.

However, this is how Jesus spoke about divorce in the book of Matthew: “Because of your hardness of heart Moses allowed you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning, it was not so. And I say to you: whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery.”
