Popular disc jockey, Micheal Owusu who is popularly known as DJ Mic Smith has revealed the amount of hatred among most of the DJs in the Ghanaian music industry as recounted some of the things he had to deal with back then.

In a series of tweets he shared online, DJ Mic Smith revealed how he had to literally fight with most of his peers from about a decade ago just because he wanted to lot different as a DJ.

He disclosed that most of the DJs he was playing against at the time did not understand why he wanted to dress differently in a stylish many and brand himself differently even though they were all DJs.

Mic Smith added that it got to a point that most of his colleagues did not want to hang around him because he acted differently and invested heavily in his craft as a DJ.
