Gospel musician Ernest Opoku and host of Adom FM’s live worship, Kwamena Idan, have filed a formal complaint against Kumawood actress Nayas with the Nima Police.
The two filed the complaint after the actress stormed the station to attack the gospel musician.
A furious Nayas, who is a producer and actress, stormed the station with a cane hidden in her dress and attacked the musician over comments the musician had sex with her.
The musician was in the spirit as he lifted songs of worship to God but it was the whip from the actress that descended, disorienting the gospel musician.
Ernest Opoku and Kwamena Idan filed the complaint on Monday, a few hours after the incident, and the police have commenced investigations into the issue.
A police investigator was at Adom FM around 7:00 pm Monday to examine the scene of the alleged attack and also gather evidence.
The police, Myjoyonline.com gathers, have taken the statements of the gospel musician and the presenter and are set to invite the actress for questioning.
They will also take the accounts of witnesses.
“We may file assault charges against her [Nayas],” the investigator hinted Myjoyonline.com.

What might have triggered the alleged attack?
Ernest Opoku had admitted in a previous interview of making a mistake by having an affair with the actress which resulted in a pregnancy.
The musician is reported to have pleaded with pastors and the general public to pray for him so he will not yield to temptations. He, in fact, blamed the devil, for the affair.
“Mistakes are committed by human beings. I am not an angel. The Bible says the righteous shall fall seven times but God shall lift him up. Pray for me so that God continues to lift me up. The fact that I have made a mistake does not mean the Lord has forsaken me,” he added.
Nayas, born Gladys Mensah Boaku, who was clearly not amused by the gospel musician’s comments stormed the station’s premises on Monday to exact revenge.
An unyielding Nayas
Several people who had gathered at the station tried in vain to calm down an angry Nayas who said she would only forgive the musician if he retracts the comments and goes down on his knees to ask for forgiveness.
A furious Nayas camped at the forecourt of The Multimedia Group waited impatiently for Ernest Opoku, who remained in the studios of Adom FM to avoid further embarrassment.
It was only ace broadcaster and actor Amankwah Ampofo who managed to convince her to abandon her mission and leave.
Ernest Opuku also quietly left the premises of the station without further incident.
It is not clear yet whether the sex claim by the gospel musician is true.
