From GHS 4 To GHS 20 For A Minute Call? – ZionFelix Complains About MTN Ghana’s Astronomical Increase In Roaming Charges In Germany

Ghanaian content creator, Felix Adomako Mensah, well-known as ZionFelix, has raised a concern about MTN Ghana’s outrageous charges for roaming service in Germany.

In a video shared on social media, Zion was shocked about MTN’s astronomical increase in roaming service.

He showed a screenshot of a GHS 20 charge after receiving a call which lasted for just 19 seconds.

Shockingly, he was charged another GHS 20 when spoke with another person for 8 seconds.

Meanwhile, the cost for a minute call through roaming in Germany on his last visit in September was GHS 4.

The owner of ADOMEF Media lamented the charges for roaming are very crazy and too much.

Though roaming charges differ from country to country, he stressed that the charges in Germany are abnormal.

He shared his experience with roaming charges in Belgium and the United Kingdom, stating that it’s affordable in the UK.

ZionFelix wished authorities would address this issue urgently.
