Ghanaian actor and comedian Funny Face, also known in private life as Benson Nana Yaw Boateng, has subtly announced his intention to conduct DNA tests on his children amidst his ongoing relationship strife with his baby mama, Vanessa.
Taking to social media once again on Thursday, March 21, 2024, Funny Face shared a post expressing his doubts about the paternity of his children. He wrote, “🙏🏾🔥 “ GYE NYAME “ 🙏🏾🔥 … D.N.A ? Hmmm .. am begging to doubt if they are my Real Daughters because of this torture I have to Endure .. And IF they happen not to be my children .. Ghana 🇬🇭 will dance for me 😃🎉🫶❤️”
He made this pronouncement after one of his followers subtly suggested that the manner his baby manner was treating him would probably be as a result of the fact that he is not the father of these kids he is trying so hard to be in their lives as their dad.
Funny’s shocking announcement comes in the midst of his recent publicized spat with Vanessa, where he has voiced his frustration over her alleged attempts to sabotage his recovery and withhold access to their children.
In a video he shared on his social media platforms on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, Funny Face detailed the tumultuous nature of his relationship with Vanessa, highlighting her actions that have left him feeling angered and betrayed.
He expressed dismay over Vanessa’s alleged attempts to trigger a relapse in him and her sudden change in behavior after reconnecting with her.
Funny Face recounted how Vanessa reached out to apologize, leading to him unblocking her, but expressed confusion and frustration over her subsequent actions, particularly her refusal to allow him to communicate with their children despite seemingly making amends.
In response to Vanessa’s behavior, Funny Face issued a warning, cautioning her to tread carefully before he takes drastic actions. He even announced plans to sell his properties and relocate to another country to start afresh, emphasizing his desire to have a relationship with his children.
However, with his latest announcement regarding DNA testing, the situation has taken a new and unexpected turn.
But we only have to wait to see how the dust will eventually settle.
