Popular diminutive Kumawood comic actor, Yaw Dabo, has expressed his total displeasure in the boss of Sarkcess Music, Michael Owusu Addo, who is popularly known as Sarkodie. In a chit-chat with Nana Romeo of Accra FM, the actor revealed that he was given the meager sum of GH1,000 cedis for shooting the video to Sarkodie’s popular ‘Gboza’ song in 2017.
In the video available to zionfelix.net, Yaw stated that the GH1,000 cedis is an amount he does not accept for shooting music videos because he normally charges about GH10,000 cedis when he shoots videos to a song for any musical act. However, in the case of Sarkodie, he decided to make do with the GH1,000 cedis he was given by the director (Prince Dovlo) because he admires the rapper so much. He further stated that because of his love for Sarkodie, he could have gone to the extent of shooting the video for free.
As Yaw Dabo complained about the small amount of money he got from shooting the video for Sarkodie, he also revealed the other reason why he feels bitter. He told Nana Romeo that even though the financial benefit was nothing to write home about, he felt that Sarkodie should have given him a call to say thank you for shooting that great video for him.

The diminutive actor added that if Sarkodie had in anyway shown a little appreciation to him, he would have had no problem with him. Dabo concluded by stating that because Sarkodie has failed to call him from the time he shot the video till date, he feels very peeved.
