The leader of the Empowerment Worship Center, Pastor Gideon Danso, has also confirmed reports about the sudden demise of Ghanaian musician and actor, Andy Nii Akrashie, who was popularly known as OJ Blaq.
The reports about his shocking death took over social media in the early hours of Thursday, August 17, 2023.

When the stories broke, a lot of stakeholders in the entertainment space took to their various social media platforms to express their shock and send out their condolences to the family of the former Lynx Entertainment music star.
His spiritual father and pastor, Gideon Danso, who reportedly took him under his wing after the musician recently became a born-again Christian has shared a post to speak about the death of OJ Blaq.

In his post sighted by zionfelix.net, Pastor Gideon Danso made the point that the late musician is currently in the bosom of God.
He highlighted the positive things OJ Blaq did for the ministry of God ever since he decided to repent and live a life free of all the old things he used to do when he was worldly.

Pastor Gideon emphasized that OJ Blaq was a great soldier for God who denied himself and fought to get many people who were lost in the world closer to God.
He also congratulated him for all he did for God when he was alive and sent out his condolences to the family of the late OJ Blaq.
