Over the years, the Ghana gospel music industry is one that has consistently been seen as one that has issues that deal with a lot of infighting, backbiting, hatred, selfishness, greed and all the sort of things that are not expected from people who claim to be doing music for the kingdom of God.
Even though many of the people in the industry have always claimed that these are mere lies, one of the key voices in the industry, gospel artiste, Piesie Esther has confirmed that it is actually true.
Speaking on Happy FM’s entertainment review show with Dr. Cann on his seat as host, the ‘Ziba Beko’ hitmaker revealed that there have been occasions when some of her colleagues have told event organizers which artistes they want on a show and those they don’t want to ever mount the same platform with, even though they are all gospel musicians.
Piesie Esther also made it known that several event organizers have always asked her the question about the people she wants to be on the same stage with whenever they want her as the headline act for a show because some of her colleagues always do same.
She stressed that it is totally wrong and as such her colleagues who are doing so should stop because it is not right at all.
Deaconess Piesie Esther was on Happy FM’s ‘Showbiz Xtra’ to promote her latest single “Maseda Kesea”.
